About the role

We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader to join us at Monarto Safari Resort as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role is hands-on and you'll lead by example across breakfast, lunch, dinner or function service.

Your days will include but not limited to:

• Leading and supervising operations in Kutjera Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Pool Bar and events.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and anticipating guest needs
• Support and coach team members to become hospitality superstars
• Resolve guest issues and feedback in a professional manner
• Ensuring the safety of the team and guests and complying with policies and legislation

About you

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Strong food and beverage skills including bar and table service.
• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
• Hotel experience with fine dining or a la carte experience
• Be organised and have a high presentation standards
• Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays (festive season);
• Have a RSA certificate
• Previous experience in a leadership role
