  We are now seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead service across our renowned hatted restaurant ‘The Dining Room’ and support across our several other food and beverage outlets. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and memorable service across both The Dining Room and our Cellar Door. Responsibilities include:

• Primarily focusing on ‘The Dining Room’ our hatted restaurant working closely with the Restaurant Manager, delivering warm, professional and authentic hospitality
• Preparing venues for service and working closely with the Restaurant Manager
• Assisting in the leadership and development of a vibrant front-of-house team
• Supporting all aspects of daily food and beverage operations across all outlets including Weddings and Events, Conference Servicing and Cellar Door.
