With our teams continuing to grow, we’re looking for passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join us in both part‑time and full‑time roles.

About The Opportunity

You’ll lead teams across some of our most exciting venues:

The Opal & Grange Rooms are exclusive, luxury spaces at SkyCity designed for our VIP members, where refined service, and unforgettable moments come together. Located on the first floor with stunning views over the River Torrens, the Grange Room offers a welcoming atmosphere to our high-tier table games and gaming machine members, whilst the Opal Room provides a stylish setting perfect for elevated gaming and F&B experiences for the large Gold Tier member base. Open 7days from 10am to 5am.

Central Café is the beating heart of SkyCity. Conveniently located adjacent to the main gaming floor, Central Café is a fast-paced, high volume food and beverage bistro style venue, trading 7 days a week. Here our guests enjoy morning tea, late night supper and everything in between, with a rather extensive menu to cater to everyone’s taste.

About You

As a member of our team, the successful candidate will ideally have:

• Minimum of 2 years proven supervisory experience in hospitality or a premium service environment
• A natural leadership style with strong communication and people skills
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
• A genuine passion for service excellence and driving high performance
• 
  

Flexibility is essential as shifts may include nights, late closes, weekends and public holidays, with operations running through to 5am.
