Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met across all outlets. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, organizing shifts, monitoring food service quality, and supporting customer service excellence. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines. The supervisor also assists in training staff, managing inventory, and reporting on operational performance to support a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and motivating food and beverage teams.
• Solid understanding of service standards and operational procedures in a hospitality or luxury setting.
• Hands-on experience in food service, including coordination with kitchen staff and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to manage guest interactions and resolve issues effectively.
• Background in hotel, resort, or restaurant operations; experience in luxury or upscale environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, food and beverage, or a related field preferred.
