REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience at a high pace restaurant environment
  • Available full time, flexible to do morning, day and evening shifts
  • Ability to provide guests with the up to date information and advice on food as well as beverage
  • Knowledge of food and table preparation techniques
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members
  • Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always desirable!)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Support inventory control and assist in stock ordering and receiving.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and team to ensure cohesion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest areas.
  • Carry out opening and closing duties, including cashing up and end-of-day reporting.
