As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team. Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and promotional offerings Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve guest experience and increase revenue Qualifications College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant leadership role Proven track record of team leadership and development Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Excellent guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Multilingual skills are highly preferred, given the diverse clientele in Dubai
