MOSELEY GOLF CLUB IS SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND EXPERIENCED FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clubhouse bar. While this role includes broader F&B responsibilities, it is primarily focused on the bar. The ideal candidate will be an expert in bar management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service to our members.
This is a keyholder position, so trust and responsibility are paramount. You’ll report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and play a vital role in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role.
  • Valid Personal Licence is essential.
  • Demonstrable cellar management expertise.
  • Strong understanding of stock control and ordering processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities
  • Bar Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Cellar Management: Take full responsibility for cellar management, including line cleaning, stock rotation, and maintaining a high standard of draught product quality.
  • Stock Control: Manage stock checks, conduct regular inventories, and handle all ordering to ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked.
  • Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate junior bar staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Member Service: Provide a high level of professional and welcoming service to our members and their guests.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety.
