POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and elevate our front-of-house (FOH) operations. This salaried leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and understands the balance of managing people, processes, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the management and culinary teams to deliver seamless service and uphold Risposta Bistro’s high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of service standards, wine, cocktails, and contemporary dining trends
  • Smart Serve Certified (mandatory); food safety certification is an asset
  • Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems
