Food and Beverage Supervisor, Scratch Market - Hilton Orlando
is searching for a talented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Scratch Market.
Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Scratch Market is the hotel’s 24-hour gourmet marketplace that specializes in all things comforting and freshly made: the finest freshly ground Espressos and Coffees and gourmet, whole-leaf teas. SNACK on pastries, sandwiches, pizzas and sides made from scratch in our kitchen daily with the freshest ingredients from local purveyors, cage-free eggs, and responsibly sourced products. Hours: Open Daily; 24 hours
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hands-on, organized leader with experience in high-volume coffee shops or marketplaces. They will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 20–25, and uphold Hilton standards. Barista experience is required, along with a positive, motivating attitude and a passion for leadership growth. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in food and beverage management. Prior hotel and supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
Shift Pattern: Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, assign daily work, and train team members in all outlet activities and operations
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge
  • Monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
  • Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
  • Create revenue-generating promotions
  • Perform additional duties, as require
