Our ideal candidates will have had two years previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining environment. They should possess excellent communication skills and be well presented. An eye for detail and the ability to perform under pressure are a must.

This is a full time, permanent position with a minimum of thirty hours per week. The minimum rate of pay is $28 per hour and the maximum is $33 per hour. The is a rostered position and shifts will fall on all days of the week and during the evenings. 

Duties and skills include:

Delivery of food and beverage service at the highest level  

A detailed knowledge of dining and beverage menu's.

Have wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge.

• The ability to maintain a clean and tidy restaurants and bar area, ensuring they are well presented and well stocked.
