Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the Omboo family. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our Pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management of Omboo.
• Supervise, train, and inspire the Omboo team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures unique to our Pan-Asian dining concept.
• Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to Omboo is memorable.
• Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
• Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance.
