Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations
- Manage and supervise the bartenders and waiting staff.
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop and implement menus, including special dietary options
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor staff on customer service and hospitality skills
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety regulations
- Experience in supervising a team of employees
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus
Skills:
