Availability : Must be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and/or weekends depending on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Extensive food knowledge
• Extensive beverage knowledge, wine, liqueurs
• F&B Skills like cocktail making and high service standards
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality
• Qualification in the area of F&B would be desired
• Intermediate computer/IT skills
• Experience with managing people and leading a team
• Event organising, planning and runningMust be eligible to work in Ireland

• Providing exceptional service to all guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensuring the smooth running of service ensuring orders are taken food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe, breakfast, dinner and service areas
• Monitoring and handling payments and operating the till system
• Supporting the cafe team with general duties during busy periods
• Monitoring adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor Health and Safety of guests and staff and reporting any issues or contravenes
