We are looking for a Supervisor who has good leadership skills, communication skills and is enthusiastic.
Experience in the hospitality industry is necessary as well as having knowledge about food and drink. Confidence is another essential aspect to have when talking to customers face to face and on the phone as well as being able to stay calm and professional at all times.

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager / Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant
• Advance knowledge of coffees, cocktails, wines, liquor and champagnes
• Hands on, sleeves up supervisor who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion
• Know how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat, and strive to make those numbers even bigger
• Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do
• Know everything there is to know about running a perfect shift, wowing guests, and supporting your line manager to achieve success

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
