About the Venue:

The Campbell is a newly refurbished, family-friendly hotel that combines relaxed dining, a vibrant bar, and a lively gaming lounge to create a venue that locals love returning to. Whether guests are joining us for a meal with family, drinks with friends, or a night out, our team is committed to delivering memorable experiences and exceptional hospitality.

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant, to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a true all-rounder hospitality role, with a strong focus on food and beverage service. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the venue, engaging with guests and helping create a positive and welcoming experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
• Assist with gaming operations as required
• Build positive relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Process transactions accurately using venue POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and service standards throughout the venue
• Assist with venue setup, pack down and general operational duties
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and gaming teams to ensure seamless service

About You:

• Current NSW RSA (essential)
• Current NSW RCG (essential)
• Current ARCG (highly desirable)
• Previous hospitality experience in a pub, gaming room, restaurant or similar environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Flexible availability preferred, including nights, weekends and public holidays
