Job Description We’re searching for a proactive and energetic Food & Beverage Team Leader to support our vibrant and fast-paced F&B operations at Pullman Cairns International. In this hands-on role, you’ll be an operational champion - working alongside the team during service, setting clear expectations, and contributing to a smooth, polished, and guest-focused experience across all our F&B outlets. What you’ll do: Support the supervisors and F&B Manager in daily service delivery Lead by example to motivate and guide team members Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and service Provide attentive, personalised service to guests Help new team members learn and succeed in their roles Qualifications What you’ll bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel environment Strong guest service focus and excellent attention to detail Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Experience with POS systems (Infrasys Cloud advantageous) Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Cloud a plus) Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
