Job Description As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll support the supervisors in guiding daily operations across our restaurant, bars, and event spaces. You’ll support the team to deliver seamless, high-quality service while maintaining strong operational standards and ensuring our guests enjoy memorable experiences from morning to night. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support the team during service across restaurants, bars, and events Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members Liaise with Front Office, Kitchen, and Events teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness Support stock control, ordering, and daily operational reporting Handle guest feedback proactively and professionally Assist with POS operations, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures If you’re a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving team success, Pullman Cairns International is the perfect place to take your F&B career to the next level. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel environment Strong guest service focus and excellent attention to detail Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Experience with POS systems (Infrasys Cloud advantageous) Basic knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Cloud a plus) Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
