You will have supervisory experience within a food and beverage environment; bar waiting experience and knowledge of running shifts including opening and closing of the premises and leading the team.
You shall be well presented and display excellent communication skills; be attentive and accommodating; confident; organised; reliable; hard working with a natural desire to make our customers happy.
Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader
Salary: £27560.00 per annum
Duration: Full-time permanent
Between core hours 7:30am to 10pm (Saturdays and Sundays to 8:30pm) plus occasional event closing between 11:00pm and 1:00am.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our food and beverage team, located within Avenue Tennis in Medway. You will provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for our customers whilst ensuring the highest of expectations are met through exceedingly good service and top-rated food.

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • Ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience from arrival to departure
  • Lead and direct the team the front of house team when running shifts.
  • Provide bar and dining waiting services
  • Providing a safe, secure and appealing food and beverage environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies
  • Be punctual and polite, ensuring guests enjoy their experience
  • Responsible for opening and closing the bar and restaurant facility
  • Responsible for cashing up of till and closing down of software
  • Be presentable and personable at all times with a friendly and professional manner
