Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our breakfast team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow in food and beverage with an industry leader.
In this role, you’ll oversee the breakfast service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guest service is exceptional.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee breakfast service operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality breakfast service standards each day
  • Liaise with the Front Office team to manage and resolve breakfast-related guest needs or issues
  • Deliver warm, efficient, and attentive service
  • Manage breakfast-related ordering and stock control
  • Complete accurate daily reporting and reconciliation of breakfast service
  • Operate and maintain espresso machine equipment, including grinder calibration
  • Oversee the presentation and replenishment of guest amenities during breakfast service
