Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring seamless service and presentation that reflects luxury and excellence.
  • Lead and inspire a team to provide an elevated guest experience, from warm welcomes to personalised touches.
  • Uphold Forbes standards, ensuring attention to detail, intuitive service, and genuine hospitality.
  • Stay attentive to our guests’ needs! By nurturing connections, understand their preferences and offer personalised service.
  • Be familiar with the food and beverage items on the menu and have the skills to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • Assist colleagues to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
  • Inform the kitchen of any extra meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day by practising clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Arrange tables based on the event type and service standards, incorporating the appropriate linens, glassware, chinaware, and cutlery, while ensuring all supplies adhere to quality standards.
  • Understand and adhere to proper alcohol service procedures.
