Job Description Welcoming the guests to our F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests Good knowledge of our products Take responsibility for your designated section and station Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times Receiving and processing customers’ payments Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service Cleaning and sanitizing tables Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and transactions Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards **Preferred Qualifications:** Relevant food and beverage service experience or training Certification in food safety or hospitality service Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems Multilingual abilities Experience in an upscale or hotel dining environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to upsell and promote services Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Part-Time
