Position: Front of House Team Member
Shift pattern: Zero hours, average 20 hours including weekends.
Working hours per week within the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Starting from minimum wage

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
  • Escort customers to their tables and present menus, making recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Uphold company policies and standards, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
