Job Description As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will help deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality service during our breakfast and evening service. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include: Preparing and setting up dining and service areas Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Ensuring food is served promptly and presented well Supporting room service when required Promoting hotel services and special offers Handling guest queries positively and professionally Working closely with colleagues and supervisors This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, punctual, and reliable Customer-focused with a positive attitude Comfortable working early mornings and evenings Able to work well in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and follow procedures A good team player with strong communication skills Previous hospitality or service experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided Most importantly, you care about delivering great service and take pride in your work.
