Musselburgh Racecourse is delighted to be recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations and deliver outstanding service during race day and non-race day events. Reporting to the Venue Operations Director, you will ensure events meet both client and Heritage Portfolio standards.
You’ll oversee Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance, manage budgets, and drive commercial performance. Leading and developing the on-site team, you’ll ensure exceptional customer service and strong client relationships.
