THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver dishes and drinks quickly and safely from kitchen/bar to tables in the correct order and with care.
• Explain dishes and drinks confidently when handing them over to guests.
• Keep the pass tidy: polish cutlery, stock side stations, run plates/dishes to prep areas.
• Support servers and bartenders by collecting glassware and resetting tables.
• Work as a team to maintain pace and energy on the floor.
