In this impactful role, you will help shape mealtime experiences that support health, wellbeing, choice and quality of life for people with disability.   At VMCH, a Catholic not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to creating genuine places of belonging through service and compassion. About you  You will have qualifications or experience in nutrition, dietetics, speech pathology and/or disability support and have practical experience in mealtime management standards and requirements within the disability field.  You will coordinate menu planning across all our disability services, balancing nutrition, variety, cultural needs, participant preferences and seasonal produce.  You will be responsible for * Supporting safe mealtime management, including special diets, texture-modified meals and thickened fluids in line with allied health guidance and mealtime management support plans * Leading food safety, compliance and risk management practices, including allergen management, incident prevention and audit readiness. * Experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours of concern, and food safety certification, will be highly regarded-does this fit with ‘About you’? * Building staff capability through coaching and training in food handling, safe mealtime support  practices and supporting staff with all aspects of meal management * Overseeing ordering, stock control, supplier performance and food budgets while maintaining quality, choice and value for money * Building strong relationships with participants, families and colleagues. * You are organised, proactive, enjoy getting out and about and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a person-centred approach.-does this fit with ‘About you’?
