QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in food safety or hygiene supervision (preferably in hospitality or food service).
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in food safety or hygiene management (hospitality, catering, or food production preferred).
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
