IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position, the applicant must hold a Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Microbiology or a related science).

You should also:

• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Display the ability to work in a team environment without direct supervision
• Show an understanding of quality control techniques
• Be proficient, motivated and highly organised, with great attention to detail
• Be able to live and work in Australia on a permanent basis

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic scientist to join our laboratory on a permanent part-time basis in our Sonic Food and Water Testing Laboratory. The laboratory, located in Penrith, is NATA-accredited for Microbiological and Environmental testing, and operates 7 days a week.
Full-time hours Tuesday - Saturday.
