Primary responsibilities include driving food bank truck to pick up donations, checking incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, storing product safely, inventory control, loading and offloading trucks, general cleaning of the warehouse and equipment, and helping with food bank operations when needed. Principal Activities: Drives agency vehicles to/from food bank sites, unloading and setting up of product to be distributed to clients Drives agency vehicles to grocery stores to pick-up donations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks Supervises food distribution at Volunteers of America Food Bank locations. Assist in loading and offloading trucks Participate in inventory counts Accept food and cash donations from donors Assists with prepping and packing for food bank distribution. Prepare food orders for food bank partners Participates in housekeeping activities.
