Position Title: Food Bar Attendant – In-Plant
(6:00am - 1:30pm) (Mon-Fri) (Saturdays as needed)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operate cash register during peak times
2. Assist in preparation of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and hot meals
3. Assist in preparing entrees and desserts for serving line.
4. Load and unload prepared food for transport in Company van
5. Drive Company van.
6. Washing utensils, pots, and pans from food preparation
7. Put away stock received onto the pantry, into the freezer or cooler, and onto wire shelving
8. Remove hot food in steam pans from oven and place on steam line.
9. Clean counter tops, wash floors, and maintain kitchen and serving areas in clean and sanitary condition.
A food cart is provided for transportation of food items to be placed into the steam wells, counter tops, and the reach-in cooler. Lifting of up to 36 to 38 lbs is required for putting away stock and filling drink coolers. The person is required to be on their feet for the entire shift except during breaks and while working on cash register.
