JOB SUMMARY:
The Food & Beverage Administrator/Host is responsible for providing administrative support to the F&B department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the front of house. This role includes handling reservations, coordinating events, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Administrator/Host serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth communication between the service team and management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and prepare reports related to F&B operations.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising special events and private dining experiences.
- Inventory Management: Support stock control, order supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all F&B policies, health, and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Billing & Transactions: Assist in processing payments, invoices, and maintaining financial records.
