Provide excellent food and beverage service in accordance with hotel service standards. Present menus to guests, explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations when required. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set. Monitor guest satisfaction during dining and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings. Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times. Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service. Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations. Promote hotel restaurants, special promotions, and upsell food and beverage items. Handle guest billing procedures accurately using POS systems. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverage Service preferred. 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality service. Freshers from recognized hotel management institutes may also be considered. Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures. Basic understanding of POS systems and billing procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operations. Well-groomed appearance and good etiquette as per hospitality industry standards.
