Balmer Lawn Hotel & Saltus Spa are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants on a full time , part time & casual contract, for our 4 star privately owned property. Reporting to the Restaurant & Lodge Manager, the role demands a high level of customer service and to make sure the highest standards are followed at all times.

This is a key position within the hotel as Beresfords restaurant, the lounge and the terrace serves both non-residents and residents. We will be looking at the successful candidate to have the following attributes:
· Experience in the hospitality industry preferred but training will be given
· Excellent customer relations skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Willing to learn and evolve
Brief job description as follows:
· Serving guests both food and drink
· Working as a team with the rest of the department and throughout the hotel
· Setting up the restaurant on a daily basis
· Doing the mise en place needed
· Cleaning front of house and back of house areas
· Taking part in training
· You will work on a rota basis evenings and weekends
· Smart appearance is essential.
This is a part time position & casual position (including early mornings, weekends and evenings). Competitive Salary.
