Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional, polite, and client-focused demeanor.
  • Provide efficient waiting service during meal times.
  • Serve food and beverages in meeting rooms and the restaurant, ensuring areas are cleaned and replenished as needed.
  • Adhere to daily plans and rotas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all catering areas, completing relevant cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with dishwashing and ensure catering equipment is clean and well-maintained, in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Comply with company training programs and related documents.
  • Support any reasonable requests relevant to the department’s operations.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels under the supervision of the F&B Team Leader, Supervisor, or a senior manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout working hours.
