Are you 18 or older and looking for part time work?
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, including bar service, cocktails, serving, food. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our establishment’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are crucial for guest interaction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.

  Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas & bar, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Assist with events service as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Preparing coffee and other beverages according to guest preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
