Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will have a natural flair for engaging with people, an eye for detail, and a drive to uphold high standards. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to offer extraordinary service and a personality that shines through. You will work within a dynamic and energetic team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Assist in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo’s Restaurant within the spa.
  • Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Manage a section in Hugo’s Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs.
  • Ensure compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
  • Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
