Kinnitty Castle Hotel are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join our professional and highly skilled F&B team. If you have the relevant experience or would like to develop your career within a busy 4* Castle hotel we could have an excellent opportunity for you.

THE ROLE:

It is important that applicants are available to work early and late shifts during the week, at weekends and public holidays. Candidates that are not available midweek will not be considered.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Availability to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work.
• Ensure that grooming standards are adhered to as per the hotel’s grooming policy.
• General waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms as directed by your Supervisor/Manager.
• Communicate with your team members & Kitchen
• Ensure that guests always receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the manager & your team in always providing the highest possible standards.
• Ensure that colleagues are always supported
• To follow SOP procedures
• Follow strict cash handling procedures
