• Serving food and beverages with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Supporting daily service in our bar, restaurant, and banqueting spaces.
• Working midweek, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (flexibility required).
• Following hotel standards for setup, hygiene, cash handling, and guest care.
• Assisting in the setup and service of weddings, functions, and private dining events.
