Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5 hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer-focused with a warm, professional attitude
• Detail-oriented and accurate with transactions and stock
• Sales-aware with basic upselling knowledge
• Adaptable, quick to learn, and flexible with shifts
• Calm under pressure; confident solving issues
• Tech-savvy and numerate (POS, cash handling)
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift during shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

ROLE OVERVIEW -

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Lapland UK, you’ll be part of the team bringing the magic of Christmas to life, working across our festive food outlets to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will include:

• Serving guests at the tills and handling payments efficiently
• Running food and drinks to families in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming service areas
• Interacting warmly with children and adults to enhance their visit
