ARAMARK AT THORPE PARK IS LOOKING TO HIRE AN EXPERIENCED AND DEDICATED ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER TO JOIN THE TEAM!

This is a full time hands on opportunity reporting into our Cluster Manager and you will assume responsibility for a number of food units across the park.
This role is varied and exciting working as part of the team that delivers our offerings to the theme park guests; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering Excellent Guest Service. You will support the Cluster Manager by managing the day-to-day operations and be a natural inspiration to the team. You will drive sales, profitability, quality and service.
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time, Fully Flexible (including weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS ROLE WOULD INCLUDE…

  • Being confident in empowering the team to provide excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
  • Taking responsibility in compliance with internal and external audits
  • Leading the team to ensure the operation runs smoothly on a daily basis
  • Drive PDP and employee engagement initiatives
  • Identifying training needs and implementing formal training to develop the team
  • Managing labour, stock and equipment ordering in conjunction with the set budget

  • Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience
  • Previous Managerial experience within the Hospitality, Retail or Leisure Sector.
  • Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
  • Previous experience managing KPI targets across People, Profit, Guests and Safety
  • Minimum of Food Safety Level 2 is desired
