• Ability to handle credit/debit effectively with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food production processes is essential.

• Assist in managing and leading the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
• Assist in overseeing inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff to enhance skills and service quality.
• Monitor credit/debit handling procedures to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food production areas.
