JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. This position involves assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, catering processes, and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management within a food service context is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
