To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.


Qualifications


Supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, upscale bar, or a similar environment.


  • Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
  • Experience in high-volume luxury dining and beverage operations preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
  • Professional English proficiency required; Japanese language ability highly desirable but not essential.
