Delivering friendly and professional service across our food and beverage outlets
Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
Serving food and beverages to company standards
Supporting conferences, banqueting and special events
Building rapport with guests and creating memorable experiences
Promoting menu items and upselling where appropriate
Preparing and maintaining service areas and mise-en-place
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
Handling payments and operating POS systems
Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to support the guest journey
Taking ownership of guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible
