Following our successful opening, and with the business expanding as we prepare for the season, we are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing a section of the restaurant, overseeing service from start to finish, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your attention to detail, professional demeanor, and commitment to high standards will be essential in this role.

• Welcome and seat guests, providing menus and offering detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
• Assist with table setting, clearing, and resetting throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
• Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
• Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Restaurant experience desirable
• Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
• Hourly rate dependent on experience
