THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a great opportunity for you to develop your hospitality skills as a bar and waiting assistant within a great team in our small but busy food and beverage department, including our Laura Ashley Tearoom. We are looking to fill a number of part time vacancies within our food & beverage department, full training is provided.
The Best Western Signature Collection, Southcrest Manor Hotel, is a 63-bedroom hotel set in its own extensive private grounds in Redditch, with excellent road links to the M42, M40 and M5. The hotel offers meeting facilities, a Laura Ashley tearoom, Laura Ashley designed restaurant and bar and a small health club with gym and Elemis treatments.

You will be part of a wider team reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager, looking after day to day food & beverage services such as in the restaurant, bar or function rooms, and ensuring they run smoothly in a professional and friendly manner and that guests enjoy excellent levels of customer service.
· Delivering excellent standards of customer service.
· Have a flexible approach to work and be available to work weekends, plus maybe daytimes or evenings in the week. Please state your availability on application.
- Working hours will vary between 8 and 20 hours per week, more hours can be available if you wish but please state on application your preference.
