Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be working in one of our restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks, our 450 seater street-kitchen serving Indonesian inspired street-food, or even the Oakfield, our award winning British gastro-pub and once home to the zoo’s founder, George Mottershead and his family. Take a look at the places you may be working here!

You will:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare a variety of food & drinks for our visitors
  • Handle cash and card payments
  • Ensure our units are kept stocked and clean

We are looking for people who are flexible to work across these different units and carry out a variety of tasks as part of our ’One Team’ approach, supporting our colleagues to serve our 2 million visitors. No two days will be the same!
