The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. You will support the F&B Manager in leading the team, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff training, development, and motivation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar, and event areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
- Support in organising and delivering special events and private functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role is essential, ideally within a hotel or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
