We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant with cocktail knowledge and bar experience to join our small, welcoming team.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality service across our restaurant and bar. From breakfast to evening cocktails, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys their visit from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly welcome and serve guests in the restaurant and bar
• Confidently prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Support in setting up and maintaining restaurant and bar areas
• Provide menu and drinks guidance, upselling where appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standards
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues
