We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Restaurant & Bar team at The Maritime Hotel in Bantry. In this role, you will be the face of our service, providing a warm welcome to guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with table setup and clearing throughout service
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, including cocktails
• Ensure a consistent and high standard of service at all times
• Share knowledge of the local area and provide personal recommendations to guests
• Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Maintain a clean, well-organized and fully stocked restaurant and bar area
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive environment
